Fantastic Stay, Highly Recommended!

The staff was AMAZING!!! I was greeted with smiles. Every staff member was helpful and always ready to assist with any request. They gave excellent recommendations about local attractions and provided directions. The breakfast offered a great selection, including gluten-free options. The hotel also features a nice bar and restaurant with tasty food and drinks. It's a meeting spot.
The shower closure had a small leak, so the bathroom floor got slightly wet.

The hotel has a perfect location and is close to several supermarkets and the metro station. This made accessing different parts of the city convenient. Two supermarkets nearby were handy for picking up essentials.

the breakfast included fresh vegetables, fruits, and pastries. i especially enjoyed the pancake machine, it was a nice touch! the staff was helpful and always ready to assist with directions. the location was great, with easy access to public transportation.
The shower glass only covered half the shower. This caused water to spray all over the bathroom floor, a slight inconvenience.

the breakfast was good it had a nice variety of options
the room was quite small the bed and pillows did not offer much comfort i found it hard to get a good night's sleep

My room was quite spacious and clean. The breakfast had a generous selection of items. Storing luggage before check-in was very convenient..
The shower lacked a small shelf for shampoo and shower gel. I noticed that we arrived late after travel, and there was no water in the room.
